We are hiring dynamic, driven, and result-oriented professionals for the role of:

Designation:Area Development Executive (ADE)

Channel:Tied Agency Recruitment Development Manager

About the Role

As an Area Development Executive, you will be the key driver of growth by building, developing, and leading a high-performing team of Advisors. This is not just a sales role, it's about leadership, coaching, and empowering individuals to achieve financial success while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

You will act as aRecruiter, Coach, and Sales Leader,a complete 360 role in building people, creating opportunities, and generating business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruiter

  • Identify, attract, and recruit high-quality advisors by promoting an exciting and long-term career in Life Insurance.
  • Present the career opportunity to prospective advisors and onboard them into the growth ecosystem.
  • Ensure all advisors undergo structured training on products, processes, and regulatory guidelines to build a strong foundation.

2. Coach

  • Monitor the daily activities and performance of advisors, ensuring steady progress and growth.
  • Motivate, mentor, and retain top performers while supporting and training average performers to improve.
  • Analyze customer needs, provide need-based solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Sales Leader

  • Drive business growth by leading from the frontaccompanying advisors on client meetings, providing live coaching, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Conduct regular sales and recruitment promotional activities to expand the advisor base.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets by creating a strong sales funnel and instilling best practices in your team.

Who Can Apply

  • Graduates (any discipline) with2+ years of experiencein Sales/Marketing/Business Development (preferred from BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, etc.).
