Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented fresher to join our Customer Support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, issues, and feedback across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
