We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through effective communication.

Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and assist in converting inquiries into admissions/sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a database
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the sales/counselling team

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
  • Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred
