Role Description

As a full-time Customer Support Executive at TaskUs, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. This is an on-site role located in Noida. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful information, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges. You will be expected to navigate company tools, maintain records of customer interactions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications is preferred
