Role Description
As a full-time Customer Support Executive at TaskUs, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. This is an on-site role located in Noida. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful information, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges.
