WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle inbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email — and genuinely resolve them

• Engage with parents, understand their concerns, and confidently recommend the right products

• Convert curious inquiries into confident purchases through meaningful conversations

• Be the voice of the brand — warm, knowledgeable, and helpful every single time

• Maintain records of interactions and feedback in CRM tools

• Coordinate with internal teams for order tracking, returns, and escalations

• Share customer insights that help improve product communication and experience

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation from a top-tier college in Delhi NCR. 

• Excellent spoken English and Hindi — you can hold a natural, flowing conversation

• Confident on calls — you don't just answer questions, you engage and convert

• Genuinely excited about child development, education, and screen-free play

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable commuting to Sector 27, Noida daily

• Local candidates from Delhi NCR strongly preferred — no relocation support

• Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRMs

This role is for someone who actually loves talking to people — not just someone who can handle a script.

THE DETAILS

Location- Sector 27, Noida — Work from office, daily

Type- Full-time Internship (3–6 months, extendable)

Eligibility- Final year or recent grad, top Delhi NCR colleges only

Commute- Must be comfortable travelling to Noida daily

Role Type- Voice + chat support, customer conversion

Growth- High-performing interns considered for full-time roles

Stipend is 12k-15k per month.
