Shift Timing: Morning Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
Salary Package: 24K CTC
Role Overview :
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our growing team. This
role combines client communication, data management, and basic analytics. Ideal for
candidates who are proficient with Excel, confident on calls, and eager to develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Communication & Coordination
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Manage professional email correspondence and follow-ups
Coordinate between internal teams when required
Data & Reporting
Perform accurate data entry, validation, and cleaning
Maintain comprehensive internal records and documentation
Assist in generating daily and weekly performance reports
Tracking & Support
Monitor campaign or content performance metrics
Support in preparing basic insights and analytical summaries
Help troubleshoot common client issues and queries
Social Media Assistance
Process and escalate inquiries according to established protocols
Assist with basic content tracking when needed
Technical Skills :
Excel proficiency (sorting, filters, pivot tables, formulas)
Experience with standard office productivity tools
Basic understanding of CRM systems (training provided)
