Salary Package:

In-hand Salary: 25,000

Incentives : UPTO 50,000

Shift Allowance: 2,600

Language Required : Telugu with Hindi or English (Telugu Mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to net banking via voice calls.
• Assist customers with login issues, password resets, and transaction-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

This role requires good communication skills, basic understanding of banking processes, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
