About The Role

Multilingual Customer Support Executives for the
Beiersdorf Process , a global leader in skincare innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates fluent in
Thai, Vietnamese to work remotely with a reputed international brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, or voice support
- Provide accurate information about skincare products and services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolution
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Document customer interactions effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in any one:
- Certification: Minimum B2 / B2.2 / C1 level certification (mandatory)
- Freshers experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication comprehension skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BPO / Customer Support / International Process
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
- Problem-solving and customer-first approach
