Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Generate sales leads that develop into new customers.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
