- Lead Generation
- Generate new leads through telecalling.
- Explain vehicle features, price details, and finance options.
- Follow-ups
- Follow up with customers for test drives, showroom visits, and bookings .
- Maintain regular contact with interested customers.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule test drives and meetings for the sales team.
- Customer Database Management
- Maintain customer records in CRM / Excel / dealership software .
- Update call status and follow-up dates.
- Customer Relationship
- Handle customer inquiries politely.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers for future sales.
