Customer Support Executive

Location: On-site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6 months 3 years

Salary : 25,000 per month onwards (Based on experience and performance)

We are looking for a warm, proactive, and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be directly interacting with users who are trying to conceive, providing support over calls and chats, helping them navigate the app, and addressing their concerns with sensitivity and care

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve user queries via calls and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist users with understanding iMumz's TTC (Trying to Conceive) programs, features, and tools.
  • Offer compassionate and emotionally aware communication, understanding the sensitive nature of the journey.Troubleshoot app or program-related issues and escalate complex concerns to relevant teams.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools.
  • Share recurring user feedback with the product, content, and tech teams to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with community managers and experts to ensure users feel heard, supported, and valued

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 03 years of experience in customer support, preferably involving voice and chat communication.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi and regional languages are a plus).
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting women on their fertility journey.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile apps, CRM platforms, and communication tools.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Nice to Have:Exposure to women's health, fertility, or wellness industries. & Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech-enabled support role.
  • Female candidates preferred
