We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive for our US Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our US customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and guide customers on product usage and features.
- Document and maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance customer service quality.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a voice process environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
