Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support, respond to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll contribute to creating a seamless support experience and maintain clear communication with clients across various channels, such as email, chat, and phone. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience providing Online Support and managing interactions through email, chat, or other digital platforms
  • Capability to diagnose and resolve Technical Support issues effectively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and support ticket systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in the fintech or payments industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
