Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office Suite.
