- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
