About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and multilingual Customer Service Executives to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Korean, Thai, Banasha, or Vietnamese.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Uphold the brands reputation by delivering world-class service.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages with certificate done: Korean, Thai, Banasha, Vietnamese.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and customer service tools.
