We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front-line communication, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for all interactions with Scry AI. This role is critical in maintaining organized communication and supporting day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

As a Receptionist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for handling incoming communications, managing schedules, and supporting administrative coordination. You will act as the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and smooth information flow.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front-Line Communication & Coordination

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Direct communications to the appropriate teams or individuals
  • Ensure timely and professional responses

Administrative Support & Scheduling

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Assist in organizing internal and external communications
  • Support scheduling for leadership and teams

Visitor & Interaction Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for external stakeholders
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming communication experience
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide relevant information

Record Management & Documentation

  • Maintain logs, records, and administrative documentation
  • Ensure proper tracking of communications and schedules
  • Support documentation and filing processes

Operational Support

  • Assist teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Support coordination across departments
  • Ensure smooth operational flow

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
