Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer, based in New Delhi. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, understanding customers needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to efficiently handle appointment scheduling and coordination with customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation to address queries and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales aptitude and capability to meet or exceed sales targets with persuasive techniques.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools and telemarketing systems are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales will be considered a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an advantage.
