Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Noida. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team through effective coordination, handling customer inquiries, managing sales operations, and maintaining seamless communication between teams and clients. The candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely updates, and smooth functioning of Sales-related processes while providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support team efficiency and effort
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions and inquiries effectively
  • Experience in Sales, including generating leads, follow-ups, and closing opportunities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage documentation and operational accuracy
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Salary range - ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month
