Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Gurugram. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and their parents to inform them about the services offered by BCES. The role includes conducting sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries regarding studying abroad, and guiding clients through the admissions process. Additionally, the candidate will support counseling and training efforts to ensure clients are well-prepared for their educational journey.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients effectively.

Proficiency in customer service and customer support, ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and build relationships with prospective students and their families.

Experience in training and educating clients about available programs and processes.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.

Educational background in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in the education or consultancy sector is an added benefit.
