Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is essential for providing outstanding service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Required

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personality types.
