Who Are We Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern who is eager to learn and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a willingness to take initiative. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administration and business operations in a fast-paced work environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations

Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation

Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination

Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks

Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow

Assist in vendor communication and follow-ups

Support HR/admin activities such as onboarding documentation

Ensure proper record-keeping and process compliance

Bonus Points for Familiarity with

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace

Basic knowledge of office management tools or CRM systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Time management and multitasking abilities

Prior internship or exposure to administrative roles

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field
  • 0 to 1 year of experience or academic exposure in administrative tasks, coordination, or office management
  • Must have basic knowledge of office operations and administrative processes

Salary

Stipend of INR 5000 per month (5000 x 6 = 30000), in which each intern will get 2500/- per month cash in hand, and 2500 per month will be kept and will be given (2500 x 6 = 15000) at the time of completion of the internship to support savings.

Working Days

Monday to Saturday(Occasional weekend flexibility based on project need).

Working Hours

From 10:00 AM.

8 hours a day, excluding breaks.
