This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counsellor located in Chandigarh. The Sales Counsellor will interact with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide tailored product recommendations. The role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and handling customer queries. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Proficiency in customer communication, relationship building, and active listening skills
• Sales acumen and the ability to work towards achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of skincare, wellness products, and their applications
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or a related field
• Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry is a plus
