About the Role
NIIT Limited is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. This role is based onsite in Gurugram and is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for our clients, delivering exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree in B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc, or BSc IT (excluding Stats, Maths Hons, and Eco Hons). Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexibly in rotational shifts. Proficiency in computer usage and basic knowledge of MS Office are required. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are addressed efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery while maintaining productivity standards.
- Build comprehensive client and domain knowledge to resolve issues effectively during the first interaction.
- Adhere to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort metrics.
- Maintain high standards of internal and client-level call quality, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Follow company policies regarding attendance and accountability to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Execute issue/query resolution, document interactions meticulously, and follow up as necessary to ensure complete resolution.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, share insights with the team, and support process enhancements.

Salary range for this role is between 3.08 LPA and 3.25 LPA, commensurate with experience and performance. The position is based in Gurugram, offering a vibrant and professional work environment.
