Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role located on-site in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service issues, managing customer accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves effective communication, tracking and responding to customer feedback, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. The representative will also be responsible for documentation and reporting of customer interactions to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and the ability to manage customer accounts
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure efficient handling of customer service tasks
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office tools
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and coordinate with different departments
• Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous
