Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records by updating information in CRM tools.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate departments.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email handling).
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass / Any Graduate (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BCA etc.)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Salary: 12,000 18,000 per month (Based on location and company policy)
