Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Namkum. The role involves providing high-quality customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Building strong relationships with customers and consistently identifying ways to improve processes will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using office software and CRM tools
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field is preferred
