job Title: Inside Sales Executive – SVF Product

Location: Indore

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Department: Sales & Business Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell SVF (advanced healthcare therapy) services/products. The role involves handling leads, client communication, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients/patients
  • Explain SVF products/services and address patient queries
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems
  • Conduct consultations and present suitable solutions to clients
  • VC scheduling of patients with inhouse doctors team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and campaigns
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or back office customer support
  • Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with calling and customer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Healthcare/wellness sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Well versed with english & hindi communication. (Any south india language will be added advantage)
