Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Lucknow. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information about products and services. The role involves logging and tracking queries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating technical or complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams. The individual will follow defined procedures, document customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining service quality standards, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve the overall customer experience and support processes.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage and enhance Customer Experience in a Customer Service Representative capacity.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with using CRM or ticketing tools, basic IT literacy, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time effectively, and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in customer service or help desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
