Venue : TCS Gitanjali Park campus is located at Plot-II/F/3, Action Area-II, in the International Financial Hub (CBD) of New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700156

Experience: 1-6 years

Education: Graduate, BA, B.COM other similar line of Education.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

  • Experience in Front Office Customer Service operations is mandatory
  • Must have Email & Chat customer service experience
  • Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
  • High degree of accountability and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous scenarios and come out with workable solutions
  • Customer focus, Drive for results and ability to take ownership
  • Strong English communication skills – both spoken and written
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 shift environment
  • Open to work during weekends
  • Ability to complete an assignment within stipulated timeline
  • Should be a team player

Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines

Good-to-Have

  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Handling of work as assigned in Project, Working in Agile methodology, work with Customer directly, working with deadlines.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service projects in international process

Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written
