Where You'll Make a Difference
- Drive seamless end-to-end OTC operations
- Enhance customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution
- Ensure accurate order processing and delivery commitments
- Act as a strong bridge between customers and internal teams
- Improve efficiency through proactive communication and coordination
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Experience in Customer Service / Order Management / OTC processes
- Hands-on exposure to SAP (SD/MM preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to multitask and manage high-volume operations
- Customer-centric approach with strong ownership mindset
How Would You Stand Out
- Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, data insights, automation)
- Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization
- Exposure to global customers or shared services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to handle complex customer scenarios
