Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Client Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will also analyze client feedback and work to implement improvements to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively manage interactions with clients
  • Proficiency in account management and client engagement strategies
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client concerns and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools and general knowledge of business process management would be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, especially in ICT solutions or service-based industries, is preferred
