Role Description

This is a full-time B2B Sales (Steel - TMT) role located on-site in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying and converting prospective leads, and managing sales cycles to drive revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and offering product and market training to stakeholders where required. The role also involves delivering on sales targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Ability to provide Training and foster knowledge-sharing for team and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, building relationships, and strategic account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the steel or TMT vertical, is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to assess sales performance and market opportunities.
