Position Details
Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)
Working Days: 5 or 6 days working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Flexibility required)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Training: 7 Days (Unpaid)
Salary: 10,000-15,000
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Undergraduate and Graduate Both
- Fresher Experienced both can apply
- Average communication skills (Hindi English)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Provide accurate information about services plans
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call records and follow company guidelines
- Upsell/cross-sell services when required
