Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based clients and prospects
• Present company services and generate interest/leads
• Maintain professional and clear communication on calls
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain call records
• Meet daily/weekly calling and performance targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM/tools is a plus)
• Target-driven and confident personality
