Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor with excellent communication skills in English. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, guiding potential customers, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services/products
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion
- Maintain proper records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good listening skills and customer handling approach
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling / tele counselling / customer support
- Graduatation required
- Immediate joiners preferred
