Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams for order processing
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and product displays
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- 13 years of retail sales experience (furniture/home dcor experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Basic computer knowledge (billing/inventory systems)
