About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the bridge between our company and our clients. You will manage client accounts, ensure high client satisfaction, and help grow revenue through upsells and renewals. You must understand both marketing & messaging channels (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email etc.) and be able to counsel clients on strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand each client's business, communication requirements, and challenges.
  • Propose and position our bulk SMS / WhatsApp / RCS / email / digital marketing offerings appropriately to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, creative, operations, support) to onboard clients, execute campaigns, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor campaign performance, usage metrics, and send regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Manage contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and amendments.
  • Grow existing accounts via cross-sell / upsell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback, resolve client complaints or escalations promptly.
  • Maintain a CRM with up-to-date client data, pipeline, follow-ups, and activity logs.

Required Skills

  • Good understanding of bulk messaging platforms / APIs / digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
