This is a full-time, on-site Brand Manager role based in New Delhi. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of branding strategies to establish and grow the company's brand identity. Responsibilities include performing market analysis, coordinating marketing campaigns, creating brand guidelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms. The role also involves monitoring brand performance metrics and creating actionable plans for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Brand strategy development, brand identity creation, and brand positioning expertise
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights
  • Experience in Social Media Management, Social Media Strategies, planning the Social Media Calendar
  • Proficiency in developing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proven track record in analyzing brand performance metrics and proposing strategic improvements
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate or consultancy environment
