We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Partner Executive with 2–3 years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships within the IT services ecosystem. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through collaboration with leading cloud and SaaS providers such as AWS, Agora, MongoDB, and similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology partners (e.g., AWS, Agora, MongoDB, and other cloud/SaaS providers).
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners to drive joint revenue and business expansion.
- Identify co-selling, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities across partner ecosystems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications and escalations.
- Conduct partner enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase IT service capabilities.
- Ensure partners are well-equipped to position and sell company offerings.
- Track partner performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure adherence to partner program guidelines, agreements, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
- Support joint campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize partner strategy.
- Manage partner-related budgets, pipeline forecasts, and revenue projections.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development within IT services or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and SaaS ecosystems (AWS, Agora, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape.
