Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India, for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products. Key duties include achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, maintaining store displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Additionally, the role involves keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and assisting with inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively
- Strong customer service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of inventory management and product knowledge
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced retail environment
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail sales is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team effectively
