Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales of the company's innovative AI and software development solutions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client presentations, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on industry trends.
The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and play a key role in shaping the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales goals.
- Understanding of technology solutions, including Artificial Intelligence, SaaS platforms, and business automation systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions and close sales.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team collaboration experience and an ability to work effectively with other departments to deliver solutions aligning with client needs.
- Proven ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and rapidly evolving technologies in the AI and tech sectors.
- Prior experience in sales roles, especially in technology or related industries, is preferred but not mandatory.
