Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Dhansiripar, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and assisting customers with inquiries to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, and problem-solving
• Ability to analyze customer needs and create tailored proposals
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management, goal-setting, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
