Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Thrissur for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting Cerrant's high-performance tile adhesives and construction chemical products. Responsibilities include conducting market research, meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and providing product demonstrations. Collaboration with the sales team and maintaining a customer-focused approach will be key to success.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including market research and lead generation
- Persuasive communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of construction chemicals and related products is an advantage
- Customer service orientation and ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in local languages and English is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and sales reporting tools
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
