The Role: Event Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Event Manager specializing in BTL (Below-The-Line) Marketing and Brand Activations. This role is the bridge between our clients visions and flawless execution. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of an event—from the initial pitch and creative strategy to vendor management and post-event analysis.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, thoroughly understanding their brand objectives and project briefs.
Nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Develop and present comprehensive event proposals that outline creative solutions and key deliverables.
2. BTL Marketing & Brand Activations
Design and execute high-impact brand activations, mall promotions, roadshows, and corporate events.
Translate brand requirements into engaging physical experiences that drive consumer interaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic networking and lead generation.
3. Project & Operations Management
Liaise between the client and internal creative/production teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Manage end-to-end vendor operations, including sourcing and negotiating with caterers, decorators, and technical providers.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget without compromising on quality.
4. Problem Solving & Post-Event Analysis
Address real-time challenges during live events with a calm and solution-oriented mindset.
Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and implement process improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Event Management, specifically within BTL and Brand Activations.
Communication: Fluent in English and the local language; must be an expert communicator and negotiator.
Tech Savvy: Well-versed in MS Office (Excel for budgeting, PowerPoint for high-stakes client pitches).
Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines.
