Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Deal Closing Manager to convert qualified leads into successful project closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, negotiating terms, and ensuring smooth deal finalization for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hot leads generated through marketing and sales teams

• Conduct client meetings (virtual & on-site) to understand requirements

• Present construction solutions, pricing, and project proposals

• Negotiate terms and close deals effectively

• Follow up with potential clients to drive conversions

• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for smooth onboarding

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records

• Achieve monthly and quarterly closure targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently

• Knowledge of construction processes or real estate sales is preferred

• Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
