Max Life Insurance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a retainer basis. As an HRBP Retainer, you will provide strategic HR support to our leadership team and employees, helping drive business outcomes and foster a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR expertise and guidance to leadership and employees
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes
• Analyze HR data and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Good years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
