This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor in Education Sales based in Egmore. The role involves guiding students in making informed career and academic decisions, providing personalized career counseling, managing and facilitating career development plans, and coordinating with educational institutions and employers. The Career Counsellor will also play a critical role in creating an inclusive and positive environment to support student success.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Ability to provide effective Student Counseling and career guidance
• Strong Communication skills to actively engage with diverse students and stakeholders
• Experience in education sales or academic training programs is an advantage
• Capability to work collaboratively with students, institutions, and employers
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a student-focused approach
