Career Counselor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Noida. The Career Counselor will guide individuals in exploring career pathways, providing counseling sessions, and developing tailored career plans. Responsibilities include guiding students on career development and management, evaluating their interests and strengths, and assisting in achieving career goals. Interaction with students, clients, and relevant stakeholders to deliver high-quality counseling and guidance is a key part of the role.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Strong skills in Student Counseling and guiding individuals toward achieving their goals
• Effective Communication skills, including active listening, clarity, and empathy
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in counseling or guidance within an educational or professional setting is advantageous
• Familiarity with career development tools and resources is a plus
