We are seeking a full-time Career Counselor to join our team in our Delhi, India office. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to clients regarding career planning, development, and management. Primary responsibilities include evaluating individual aspirations, providing accurate and tailored information on various visa and immigration pathways, assisting students with their career goals, and offering ongoing counseling services. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients and ensuring a smooth process throughout their decision-making journey.

• Proficiency in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and providing tailored guidance
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with empathy and professionalism
• Familiarity with visa and immigration processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
