Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor & academic advisor located in Mumbai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling, guiding students in career development, and managing career guidance programs. Daily tasks include meeting with students, assessing their skills and interests, developing career plans, conducting workshops, and collaborating with academic staff to support student career goals. Enrolling students in various programs offered by our Coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Skills in Student Counseling and effective Communication
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in educational settings and familiarity with the Indian education system ICSE , CBSE & various competitive exams.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field preferred
